Buyer questions

What procurement teams ask first.

If your question is not here, write to us — the same person who answers will handle the quote.

What does a DDP quote include?

One delivered price: the product and agreed packaging, freight and the agreed import clearance scope, applicable duties and tax treatment, and delivery to the named EU address. The scope and VAT treatment are written into the quotation under the agreed Incoterms® 2020 rule.

Can every fruit order be delivered DDP to my EU address?

Availability depends on the product, destination and import route. Frozen orders also require an agreed temperature and monitoring plan — we check the cold-chain route with your brief and confirm it in the offer.

What is the minimum order?

The minimum order is confirmed per product and pack in the written offer. Send your approximate volume and destination and the MOQ is stated explicitly in the quote.

What are your lead times?

Lead time depends on the product, availability and the delivery route. It is confirmed in the written offer together with the DDP price, so you plan capacity against a committed date.

Can I request samples or trial formats?

Yes. Samples and trial formats are discussed with your brief; we confirm feasibility and terms before anything is shipped.

Which formats and packaging do you supply?

Dried: slices, pieces, cubes and chips, in bulk and retail formats. Frozen: IQF pieces, pulp and purées in production packs. Exact pack sizes are confirmed per order.

Which documents come with the shipment?

Product specification, applicable certificates, COA and lot documents, origin details and DDP terms — all confirmed in the written offer before shipment.

What happens after I request a quote?

You send the product, approximate volume and EU delivery city. We reply with the next questions needed for a specification and DDP quotation, and one contact handles the order from there to arrival.
